General information


ODA, S.L (hereinafter the establishment) is the company that owns the ATRIUMHOTELS group establishments to which Hotel Sant Jordi, Sant Jordi Apartments, Suites Sant Jordi and the domain of this website belong.

This booking and booking policy governs the relationship established through the website between the user who wishes to book stays or services offered on this website, and the Establishment.




Establishment process and response


Through the different forms established on the website, the user will be able to check the availability and price of the required booking options and make their request.

Once the process has been completed through the website, the user will receive the confirmation of the booking made by e-mail as soon as possible, it will be understood that the booking has been accepted at the time of receiving confirmation from the establishment.


If the establishment does not respond, within a maximum of 24 hours, to the booking requests made by the user, it is understood that the booking has not been accepted. However, the establishment will inform, as soon as possible, by the same means, the user or persons who had requested the booking, of the non-acceptance of the booking and of the reasons for its non-acceptance.


When the establishment has confirmed the reservation without the requirement of any payment and signal, this will be maintained until the time agreed with the user, and in case of not having done so, until 20 hours of the indicated day. .

If the user has paid a payment and deposit, the establishment will keep the booking made without any time limit for the number of days it covers.




Payment will be made at the property’s facilities, however, the user’s credit card details will be requested during the booking process.

No payment and deposit will be charged unless specifically indicated on specific booking, in which case this charge will be made within 48 hours of the booking being formalized. Once this period has elapsed without the charge being made, the booking will be deemed to have been confirmed without any advance payment of part of the price.






The prices shown on the web are final prices, depending on the search criteria performed, including taxes.

The accommodation is required to keep the availability of the rooms and their prices up to date, but problems with overbooking or maintenance of rates may arise, in which case the accommodation will notify you in enough time to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid (if applicable) so that you can find another accommodation.


Booking Cancel


The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, as long as it is made before the two days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation after two days the establishment will be entitled to a one night charge.

The penalty will not be applicable when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly proven.

If the user does not cancel and is not present at the establishment,it will be entitled to a full refund of the booked stay.

Any payments will be made by credit card provided by the user.


Waiver of stay

In the event that the user of an accommodation establishment leaves the reserved unit before the date until which it became effective, the establishment will charge the equivalent of 50% of the total price of the remaining services.
