General Information<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n OBA, S.L. (hereinafter, the establishment) is the company that owns the ATRIUMHOTELS group,\n which includes Hotel Sant Jordi, Apartamentos Sant Jordi, Suites Sant Jordi, and the domain\n of this website.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n This booking and reservations policy governs the relationship established through the website\n between users who wish to book stays or services offered on this website and the establishment.\n<\/p>\n\n

Reservations<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Process and Response from the Establishment<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n Using the various forms available on the website, users can check availability and prices of\n the required booking options and submit their request.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n Once the process is completed through the website, the user will receive confirmation of the\n booking by email as soon as possible. The booking will be considered accepted upon receiving\n confirmation from the establishment.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n If the establishment does not respond to a user’s reservation request within 24 hours, the\n reservation will be considered rejected. However, the establishment will inform the user(s)\n who made the reservation, as soon as possible and via the same method, of the rejection and\n the reasons for it.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n When the establishment has confirmed a reservation without requiring a deposit, it will be\n held until the agreed time or until 8:00 PM on the scheduled day.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n If the user has paid a deposit, the establishment will hold the reservation for the number of\n days covered by the deposit, without a time limit.\n<\/p>\n\n

Payment<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n Payment will be made at the establishment; however, the user’s credit card details will be\n requested during the reservation process.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n No deposit will be charged unless specifically indicated for certain reservations. In such\n cases, the charge will be made within 48 hours of booking confirmation. If the deposit is not\n charged within this timeframe, the reservation will be considered confirmed without any\n advance payment.\n<\/p>\n\n

Prices<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n The prices shown on the website are final prices, based on search criteria, and include all\n applicable taxes.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n The accommodation provider is required to keep room availability and prices up to date.\n However, overbooking or rate maintenance issues may occur. In such cases, the accommodation\n provider will promptly notify you in order to cancel the reservation and issue a refund (if\n applicable), so that you may find alternative accommodation.\n<\/p>\n\n

Reservation Cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n You have the right to cancel a confirmed reservation without penalty, provided that it is done\n at least two days before the arrival date.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n If cancellation occurs within two days of arrival, the establishment reserves the right to\n charge for one night.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n The penalty will not apply when the cancellation is due to force majeure, duly documented.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n If the user does not cancel and does not show up at the establishment, the establishment will\n be entitled to charge the full amount of the reserved stay.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n Any charges will be made to the credit card provided by the user.\n<\/p>\n\n

Early Departure<\/b><\/p>\n\n
